Continuing the autumn season, the Defected crew head to Leeds on November 18th to take over one of the UK’s premiere clubs, Church, for the very first time. On the bill are label favourites Sam Divine, Low Steppa, Franky Rizardo and Andy Daniell.

Headlining a night of nothing but quality house music is Sam Divine. There are few who can offer a house education as good as Sam’s and she really needs little introduction as a DJ powerhouse who knows exactly how to energise a crowd. Having spent all summer taking a hectic touring schedule head on, playing festivals all over the world and holding it down in Ibiza with the Defected crew, Sam returns alongside her label family. Newly signed to Defected, Low Steppa is another artist who has been making waves across Europe this year. The bass-heavy DJ will look to continue his fine form when he steps inside the booth at Church.

Carrying on the theme of Defected artists who have had a sensational summer is Franky Rizardo. The Dutch producer has had a number of hit tracks including of course his remix of CamelPhat & Elderbrook’s ‘Cola’ which topped the dance charts. The work doesn’t stop for Franky, whose forthcoming remix of John Tejada’s classic ‘Sweat (On The Walls)’ is certain to tear the roof off the Leeds venue come November. Defected curator, long-serving A&R and house authority Andy Daniell rounds up what promises to be an almighty party of biblical proportions.
