If you’re the kind of person who’s always been the receiver of gold stars for good behavior, have always eaten all their greens and gotten 8 hours of sleep a night… Well you would do well to stay away from a certain Erick Morillo and his legendary Ibizan party Subliminal Sessions. It happens every Wednesday at arguably the world’s most glamorous club Pacha Ibiza.

It’s true, Subliminal Sessions is sexy. It’s the music, the dancers, the beautiful people of Ibiza and even sometimes the celebrity. Subliminal Sessions has an enthralling vibe. It is one of the most alluring parties on the island. In fact sexiness is at the basis of Erick’s philosophy:

‘For me it’s really important as a DJ and an events organiser, for my parties to be sexy. For them to have beautiful girls, beautiful people and fantastic music – that’s what makes a great party!”

This year Erick and Subliminal return to Pacha for their 8th year and with them they bring a whole gamut of international guests. The season is launched with Erick Morillo & Steve Angello on June 3rd and then with appearances from Dubfire, M.A.N.D.Y., Dirty South, Mark Knight, Annie Mac and Funkagenda. Subliminal has a varied and exciting line-up for every one of its 18 summer dates.

This year Erick will also showcase some of the DJs that originally inspired him. The people he considers the ‘Godfathers of House’. He has invited Little Louie Vega and Frankie Knuckles to join him behind the decks. And as always veterans Harry Choo Choo Romero, Jose Nunez and Richard Grey add their Subliminal flavour to Wednesday nights.

Always looking out for exciting new talent, look out for Australia’s finest export Sneaky Sound System who will be making 5 appearances throughout the summer in the Global Room.

Erick will also launch his newest album ‘Subliminal Session Summer 09’ on June 10th.
