Housegigant Defected wijdt 30ste compilatiealbum aan Amsterdam! Met ruim een miljoen verkochte exemplaren vormt Defected In The House de bekendste compilatiereeks van deze tijd. Na tien jaar is de serie toe aan z’n 30ste editie, met opnieuw een sterke mix die ditmaal in het teken staat van wat velen beschouwen als het hart van de Europese dance scene: Amsterdam. De vertaling van de clubsound in deze bruisende uitgaansstad is in handen gelegd van dj/producers Chocolate Puma en Hardsoul, twee welbekende duo’s met een grote staat van dienst. Defected In The House events
Dit jaar is Defected In The House (na hun feest in Club Monza op 3 april) nog drie keer te vinden in Nederland! Zaterdag 22 augustus hosten de Engelsen een eigen area bij mini-festival ‘Lakedance’ op Aquabest (voor line-up, kaartverkoop en meer informatie zie: www.lakedance.nl). De dag daarna, zondag 23 augustus, reist het gezelschap af naar Noordzee voor het strandfeest ‘Bloomingdale XXL invites Defected in the House’ (kaartverkoop: www.bloomingdaleaanzee.com). Traditiegetrouw is Defected uiteraard ook aanwezig bij het Amsterdam Dance Event. Vrijdag 23 oktober 2009 doen ze hun Official ADE Party in club Panama: ‘Strictly Defected, the original house mafia’ (meer informatie: www.amsterdam-dance-event.nl).
