De eerste zonnestralen hebben Nederland bereikt, de sneeuw lijkt nu toch echt verleden tijd, de rosé wordt alweer vrolijk uit de kast gehaald en de Nederlandse kust heeft het eerste zonnige weekend van 2010 achter de rug. Het perfecte moment om de line-up van Star Beach voor de zomer van 2010 bekend te maken.

In 2009 hebben we een prachtig seizoen gedraaid. Meer dan 40.000 jongeren hebben de populaire white party Beachflirt en zijn jonge zusje Lovestar bezocht. Begin augustus mochten wij de nummer 1 dj van de wereld, Armin van Buuren, verwelkomen. Zo een beetje de hele Nederlandse dancescene heeft achter de zomerse decks van Star Beach mogen staan. Hoe breng je dan toch nog ieder jaar vernieuwing?

De afgelopen paar maanden is de organisatie druk bezig geweest met het uitbouwen van het Star Beach concept. Inmiddels loopt er een succesvolle clubtour die in maart en april verschillende Nederlandse clubs aandoet. Ook is de website www.starbeach.tv compleet vernieuwd! Een onderdeel hiervan is de nieuwe Star Beach TV sectie. Bijna wekelijks worden er nieuwe filmpjes geupload over de tour, het Star Beach dj team en nog veel meer. Een belangrijke toevoeging aan het Star Beach concept is de immens populaire dj contest. Van november t/m februari is Star Beach op zoek gegaan naar nieuw talent. Tientallen nog onbevlekte talenten hebben zich opgegeven voor de Star Beach DJ Contest. Al hun sets zijn te beluisteren op www.starbeach.tv. Uiteindelijk zal Star Beach in april drie winnaars kiezen die als opwarm dj 1,5 week in Chersonissos verblijven. Elke winnaar zal twee keer op Beachflirt en twee keer op Lovestar draaien.
