During the last week of September and into the first week of October, Pacha Ibiza invites you to end your summer holiday in the best way possible: Dancing! Save the dates for the greatest parties of the island, before the way back to work becomes inevitable.
For most, closing parties are the best excuse to hit the White Isle. In this occasion, Pacha Ibiza certifies the opinion and has announced a line up where fun and non-stop dancing is guaranteed.
Line-up
The action will commence on Saturday, September 25th with the Defected closing party by the hand of Bob Sinclair and Simon Dunmore.
On the following day, Sunday, September 26th it will be the turn for Cadenza’s ‘Vagabundos’ night that has turned in to the success story of Ibiza 2010. Sundays at Pacha have witnessed Luciano revive his Lucien-N-Luciano moniker for the first time in five years. This session has brought back the magic to Ibiza´s Sundays and has offered live sets by House and Techno masters such as Maaya Nidam, Moodyman, Theo Parris and Carl Craig.
Cadenza´s success has garnered a vast new fan base in the process, as well as appeasing their existing ones. With all this in mind, Cadenza are adding one final date to their summer residency at Pacha, with the “Special extra closing party” now penciled in for the 3rd of October.
Monday, September 27th will feature the Swedish House of Mafia – Masquerade Motel closing party (with Axwell, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, An21 and Max Angelli behind the decks). On Wednesday 29th, the Subliminal Sessions’ master of ceremonies, Erick Morillo, will say goodbye to another successful season.
Thursday, September 30th will be when David Guetta will celebrate the end of F*** Me I’m Famous 2010 – the most successful party of the season in Ibiza. It will be a party full of color, music, lights and show delirium.
The DJs Awards, Justice performance and the Big Final Party
On Tuesday, September 28th, Pacha Ibiza will host the 13th edition of the DJ Awards Ceremony, the World´s most important electronic music awards that honor the work of the best performers behind the decks, producers, etc. The winners – presented in various categories – are voted by the public. To understand the relevance of these awards we just have to take a look at the previous winners: Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Luciano, Paul Oakenfold, etc. Who will be the one to hold the Kryptonite trophy this 2010? The ceremony will be followed by the Pacha Seduction closing party.
Friday October 1st Pure Pacha’s farewell with Club 75 – Cassius’ session and live set by Justice; finally on Sunday 3rd the previously mentioned Cadenza´s “Special extra closing party” leaded by Luciano.
Pacha Ibiza, which opens its doors every weekend all year round, puts the final clasp to the season and prepares to dazzle the following one with its exquisite music selection and the best environment.
