Ibiza Rocks the Radio, Yes it really does! Back in its second year and with a matter of hours to go before we storm back into that Ibiza Global Radio studio, yours truly and the ever fabulous Gabby Sanderson will be back on the Ibiza Airwaves with the first of our summer programmes brought to you by the very stable stable of Ibiza Rocks!

This year, we’ve been given a two hour slot, every Wednesday from 13.00h-15.00h (Ibiza time!) so set your dial to 97.6fm or listen online www.ibizaglobalradio.com. Our first show of the summer will include recent interviews with upcoming Ibiza Rocks acts including The Wombats, The Vaccines and Example. We’ll also have plenty to talk about in the Ibiza Rocks House @ Pikes department, for those of you who’ve been living under a rock, is the biggest and brightest new hotel project on the Ibiza landscape right now. We’ll fill you in tomorrow.

So, we’d ask those of you in the radius of a radio tomorrow Wednesday and every Wednesday after that at 13.00h, stick ‘er on and turn ‘er up!

‘Scally and Cari do Zurich!!!’

It’s a first in all shapes and sizes as Ibiza Rocks the Radio takes to the airwaves from Zurich as part of the programming for the second edition of the International Radio Festival.

Handpicked by organisers to feature in the Ibiza broadcast, Ibiza Rocks the Radio’s presenters, Gabby Sanderson and Jillian Canney are gearing up for what promises to be one hell of a rockin’ programme from Switzerland’s capital live to the world and in front of thousands individuals from the city’s old paper mill, adapted especially for the occasion.

Oh, and did we mention that we are up for an award? Cos we are! At the very same Festival, we’ll be biting our chipped nails with expectation as we await the final tally of votes at the Festival. We really wanna come back to Ibiza with a trophy under our arm

Expect rock, roll, and in a never before seen scene, the identities of the show’s gossiping fishwives- Scally Bradshaw and Cari Madshaw will be revealed live on air. Will they hold it together long enough to fill us in on all the goss from both Ibiza and Mallorca Rocks camp. You’ll just have to tune in to find out!
