“Here are more bombs from my weapons locker, they’re sure to rock your dance floor like they do mine!” – Roger Sanchez.
The Battle Weapons series was started by Roger back in 2009, as an outlet to share some of the music that rock his DJ sets each night. The 4th volume, released December 13th is here and features some new weapons to finish off 2011 with a bang!
Plastik Funk and Gabriel & Castellon each do a re-tool of the classic Stealth track “Alive”, bringing it up to date for 2011. Rio Dela Duna & Dany Cohiba bring a tropical tech vibe track “Guadalajara”, which was big for Roger this past summer on the Space Terrace in Ibiza.
“Put Your Hands On Me” is a jacking affair by My Digital Enemy & Carl Hanaghan, and “No More Lies” by Nightstylers is a big-room, hands-in-the-air type anthem gaining full support from Armin van Buuren, Kim Fai, Danny Rampling amongst many others. Needless to say Stealth is expecting big things for this banger!
