Every last Friday of the month we join in to dive for new adventures: surprisingly familiar, familiarly surprising. And this Friday, the 31st of January, we will bring some fresh jacking to Studio 80, with the debut of 2 Jacks-in-the-Black-Box!

London based dj/producer and Deep Teknologi label boss T.Williams knows Jack and has proven a master of many trades as well. Expect heavy house, snapping garage, UK funky, hip-hop influenced bump and swing, grime and jungle in what he describes as “a fusion of the depth and breath of UK musical influences, without being afraid to experiment”.

T.Williams has made a steady rise over the years, whilst staying true to his underground roots. He worked with artists like Maya Jane Coles, Breach, Skream and Paul Woolford and gained critical acclaim from institutions like Fact Mag, Resident Adviser stating T.Williams to be one of London’s hottest DJ/producers and BBC Radio 1 where he hosts a residency at In DJ’s We Trust. Our man Presk (20:20 Vision / Ten Thousand Yen) is also on the rise and boasting versatile and top-notch productions, live performances and dj sets. Together with professional gearhead and former musical technology classmate Felix Lenferink he is half of techno duo Will & Ink, running a label together under their moniker as well. On the solo tour he takes on a bass heavy approach, blurring the boundaries between house, garage, techno and dubstep, which sounds something like this!

As always you can expect the pleasurely familiar faces of our Shell residents: Studio 80 family guy Victor Coral and brothers-from-another-mother Aron Friedman and Eric de Man aka Musclefarm; this time on an all-nighter at the Little Shell.
