Luciano’s status as one of Ibiza’s leading figure in recent years has stood the test of time and won many accolades for his unique artistic vision and musical influence: the White Island’s shining clubland wouldn’t be the same without the Swiss-Chilean world traveling DJ’s own take on its party life. From his first appearances, the Cadenza boss has left a mark each season himself and his band of beat makers took over the Balearic shores.

His acclaimed Vagabundos event is now an internationally touring brand: exported worldwide, it’s a testament of its nomadic spirit and joyful atmosphere. True to its vagabond inspiration and always on the move, its music and vibes roll on across the globe to roaring crowds. Never resting and ready to keep the party going, the Vagabundos motto “Vagabundos we were, Vagabundos we are, Vagabundos we stay” is as passionate as it’s always been.

With his first sets in the early 2000s still resonating loudly among the Techno and House most devoted fans, Luciano has come a long way since those very first gigs. So did Ibiza, and its seemingly never ending whirlwind of club nights, promoters and industry workers. The island has been changing radically, with a lot of parties spread all over the place.

No more united together as it used to be, the Ibiza DJ community switched away from the sense of belonging that was at the core of the underground Electronic Music on the Island in the first place.

Luciano’s unbridled love for Ibiza drove him once again to speak up for a new change and new ideas: with a desire to unify different musical identities and to bring closer some of the most significant artistic realities on the White Island, for 2014 he and the Cocoon Team have decided together to join forces for the Monday Party at Amnesia.

The Cadenza boss has chosen to reunite and team up with the Island’s Techno pioneers to host a total of 8 dates throughout the summer, 6 on the legendary Terrace and 2 in the Main Room, featuring a stellar line up of DJs and Live Acts, alongside the talents from his brand new booking agency Aether Artists.

More to the point, he’s throwing 6 additional events on Wednesdays, moving his Luciano & Friends party from Ushuaïa to the exclusive location of Cova Santa, kicking off the festivities at 3 in the afternoon and then going on to the indoor club until 6am, bringing to the public a selected number of performers.

Summer 2014 looks great: with this new project ready to hit the White Island for another step forward, Luciano is on top form and feeling re-energized for the season to come. In the name of Unity. Under the same sky. Because this is what Ibiza stands for: Freedom, Love and Music. This is what Ibiza means, this is the original spirit that made it magical and a unique place for people from all over the planet.
