Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, Europe’s first Hard Rock Hotel developed in collaboration with Palladium Hotel Group, will make its mark on the 2016 summer season with the world’s largest outdoor LED curved screen, at 400 m2, thanks to Odyssey Ibiza. Offering an unbeatable location, five-star facilities, top-notch performances from international artists and musically-infused leisure activities, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will now feature a unique display that is sure to be the talk of the town on the White Isle in summer 2016.

The screen, developed by Odyssey Leds Group, has been created under a patent owned by MCM Group for the use of advertisement on double-skin facades with LED technology. A limited and exclusive group of sponsors will illuminate Ibiza’s skyline, among which Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will be the main sponsor.

This screen will be broadcasting footage 24/7 with no interruptions together with an exclusive TV channel that will be operated remotely. This support will allow interaction with social media from any mobile device, and the entire content will be accessible through streaming on a platform on the Odyssey Ibiza website.

Measuring 30 metres tall and 13.2 metres wide, Odyssey Ibiza will be the world’s biggest outdoor curved LED screen. It’s 100% scalable, designed to allow multiple independent content to display simultaneously (eg. fixed images, animations, video clips, etc.) or to work together to display unique content covering the full size of the screen, with over 663, 600 pixels, contrast of 2000:1 and with adjustable brightness of >6.500 cd/m2.

With a curve of 8.7 degrees, this screen will offer a unique outdoor visual experience, with a greater sense of depth simulating a 3D effect. This screen also reduces the distortion of images and lateral reflections.
