Miami’s influential and independent Revolution Radio 93.5 and 7 Lines are hosting a series of exciting events that showcase a wealth of house and techno stars during WMC 2018. Long respected for their work in representing the real sound of Miami, the events take place at National Hotel and feature the likes of Armada Records, Victor Calderone, Kryder, Art Department, Amelie Lens, Boris, Chuckie, Nervo, Detlef, ALX, MK, CamelPhat, Solardo, Dennis Cruz and many more, with industry leading streaming service BE-AT.TV broadcasting from the Descend event on Wednesday March 21st.

The venue for this is the stunning National Hotel, a place that combines legendary grace with unforgettable style in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco neighbourhood. It is an oceanfront location with tropical palm trees, an infinity pool and Miami’s longest beaches in view so makes for a magical location to forget the outside world and lounge, dance and drink in a truly stunning setting.

Revolution Radio is South Florida’s only electronic dance music station and it truly reflects the sounds of the times with techno, trance, dubstep, trap, electro, deep and future house and more all covered. With major support from names like Axwell, Paul Van Dyk, Nicole Moudaber and Robbie Rivera, Revolution is a vital presence on the local scene so it makes perfect sense that they will be representing with a diverse array of parties at this year’s Winter Music Conference.

It kicks off with a party featuring plenty of local heroes on March 17th then takes in Juicy Beach with Robbie Rivera, Kryder and more on the 18th, Descend featuring Victor Calderone, Art Department, Amelie Lens, DETLEF, label owner ALX, DJ Chuckie & Friends on the 23rd, and others.

March 17th: Revolution Radio Miami 93.5 FM presents…Welcome 2 Miami (Spring Break / MMW) featuring all of Miami’s top DJ’s and VERY Special Guests!

This party kicks off the week with a carefully curated selection of local DJ talents from across the musical spectrum, with some special guests thrown in to finish it off in style.

March 18th: Juicy Beach featuring Robbie Rivera, Kryder, Tom Staar, Croatia Squad, David Tort and many more

Robbie Rivera’s much loved Juicy Beach returns for more glamorous house sounds from the main man himself as well as fellow big hitters such as Vegas headliner and Axtone and Spinnin Records producer Kryder, as well as Tom Staar, Croatia Squad and David Tort.

March 21st: Descend is presented by ALX MMW featuring Victor Calderone, Art Department, Amelie Lens, DETLEF, ALX, Elio Riso, Carabetta & Doons

BE-AT.TV will be in town to stream this party with Descend, who like their techno and tech house and so it is that they book some of the finest DJs in the game, all headed up by the label and party boss ALX. He is a Miami native who mixes deep, rumbling techno with high energy grooves and has earned a reputation as one of the scenes most fast rising stars. Since 2014, his Descend label has held showcases at BPM Festival where it was named “One of the Top 5 Highlights of BPM” by Dancing Astronaut, Electric Festival (Aruba), Baum (Bogota), Teatro Amador (Panama) and Heart and Club Space (Miami) to name a few.

Heading up the party, Victor Calderon has been an influential figure on the world stage for more than 20 years now and will be joined by contemporary tastemakers Art Department aka Jonny White who runs the No 19 Music label and has been responsible for some of the biggest tunes of recent years, plus rising Belgian techno star Amelie Lens, Hot Creations DJ and producer Detlef plus ALX, Elio Riso, Carabetta & Doons.

March 22nd: AREA 10 Showcase featuring MK, CamelPhat, Solardo, Latmun, Will Clarke, KC Lights & Carabetta & Doons

MK is a Detroit house icon who has been turning out hits for many years, and AREA 10 is his now events brand which hosts parties at major festivals around the globe. Tonight he is joined by chart toppers CamelPhat, Manchester pair and Ibiza regards Solardo, the newly broken through techno talent that is Latnum plus Will Clarke, KC Lights & Carabetta and Doons.

March 23rd: DJ CHUCKIE & Friends ft. Chuckie, NERVO, Jay Hardaway, Ummet Ozcan, Alex Sensation, De La Ghetto, Lil’ John (DJ Set)

Dirty house icon DJ Chuckie curates his own party with a choice selection of his DJ friends including Australia’s Grammy Award wining superstars NERVO, plus Jay Hardaway, Ummet Ozcan, Alex Sensation, De La Ghetto, Lil’ John (DJ Set). Expect plenty of sleazy house sounds, big basslines and wild samples to get you up on your toes.

March 24th: ARMADA INVITES Miami powered by Revolution Radio Miami 93.5 FM featuring: VERY SPECIAL UNANNOUNCED GUESTS, Firebeatz, Thomas Gold, Lost Frequencies, Feenixpawl, Loud Luxury

March 24th sees a secret headliner play with support from big names in prog house and EDM such as Firebeatz, Thomas Gold, Lost Frequencies, Feenixpawl and Loud Luxury, so you can be assured of huge tunes all night long.

March 25th: GET WET featuring BORIS, Cocodrills, Anthony Attalla, Dennis Cruz and Oscar L

Lastly for this year’s event series is the 13th annual Get Wet with well travelled DJ and former Panorama Bar resident Boris plus key tech house talent and underground hitmaker Dennis Cruz, who releases on labels like Stereo Productions and Suara—plus Anthony Attalla and Oscar L.
