On Sunday June 10th, Idris Elba will host the islands summer’s most intriguing party.
Idris returns to Ibiza after a mini hiatus, this time with a solid 15-week residency on one of Ibiza’s besets smallest dance floors.
From half past midnight each week he will transform Lio’s into his dream world of Studio 7.
The dream is a nod to Studio 54 where the young at heart and culturally integrated frolic to house music. 7 is from his own label imprint 7 Wallace and where is threw legendary house parties at his home on 7 Wallace Road East London.
Since his days of DJ’ing in the Hip Hope scenes of Atlanta and New York in the early 90’s, he has left his mark on some of the most coveted venues and events around the world including Output in New York, Sound in LA, Pacha in Ibiza to Glastonbury and El Row.
This summer with no rude interruptions from his other side line in movies Idris will be honing his real love of good house music in the most intimate of settings where he hopes people can come and help him celebrate the dream.
