After an incredible fourth edition this August, Defected are delighted to announce their return to The Garden Tisno for the 2020 instalment of Defected Croatia. Bringing one of house music’s most loved festivals to the idyllic Adriatic location, Phase 1 already promises a week of exceptional dance talent with Armand Van Helden, Gorgon City, Honey Dijon, Nightmares On Wax and Horse Meat Disco heading up the bill for next year’s edition.

Defected stays true to its intimate family vibe with the next edition, bringing artists to the festival that are part of the label’s core roster, as Defected and Glitterbox Radio Show hosts Sam Divine and Melvo Baptiste return alongside head honcho Simon Dunmore, with homegrown talent like the Dunmore Brothers and Jess Bays following suit. High-profile residents of the Defected and Glitterbox parties like Todd Terry, Purple Disco Machine, Mousse T., Riva Starr and Radio 1’s Monki will also be heading to the Adriatic coast for next year’s edition.

Covering the full spectrum of world-class house music in this initial line-up announcement, Defected Croatia also continues to bring dance pioneers to this family affair with legendary artists like Kenny Dope, Mike Dunn and Inner City (Live) heading to Tisno next August for the festival. Along with house legends, rising stars of the scene are championed by Simon Dunmore’s programming, with artists like Folamour, Dan Shake, Roberto Surace and Dirty Channels confirmed for next year’s event.

A typical day at the festival kicks off in the early afternoon across four unique stages at The Garden site, rolling well into the night and on to after-hours parties at the world famous Barbarella’s nightclub.
