AVA returns to the Printworks in 2020 with a stand out programme inviting the music industry’s foremost electronic artists, brands and figureheads to take the stage during a full day of conferencing on Friday 13th, followed by an all-day club show on Sat 14th March at Printworks London.
After 2019’s precedent-setting conference featured workshops, talks, and a now legendary Q&A with London Night Czar Amy Lame, AVA continues to up their conference offering in 2020.
Delegates can expect an insight into the current mechanics of the industry and a snapshot of where we are heading in the coming years and beyond. Attendees are also given the opportunity to have their questions answered and discussed by industry leaders. Multi-platform music industry service provider Resident Advisor are set to take part in the day’s proceedings alongside seminal independent label Ninja Tune’s founder Coldcut and legislative body PRS for Music, who have undergone huge developments in recent years causing a ripple effect of change felt across the industry and revolutionised the way artists are paid for the use of their work. The Musicians Union, also responsible for sustainable development in music also join the conferencing bill, as well as the Iconic Abbey Road Studios, opening discussion on how the legendary space has remained front and centre to London’s studio offering throughout the decades.
WME partner and leading international agent Steve Hogan will be taking the stage for a discussion session alongside SÓnar head of communications and Shesaid.so board member – Georgia Taglietti. This is Music’s Oli Issac and serial festival founder & promoter Mark Newton also join the first batch of announced attendees. ADE cofounder and industry figurehead Richard Zjilma completes

Returning to London for a third year, AVA also announces the full line up for their roadblock club show at iconic London venue Printworks on Friday 13th March. After announcing pioneering headline act Orbital, the AVA team can now drop their biggest ever London line up, further demonstrating their knack for programming club shows with the world’s leading electronic acts.
Joining Orbital at the top of the bill Joy Orbison makes his Printworks debut, assuring ravers of unforgettable sets from two of dance music’s most influential headline acts.
Ross From Friends also joins the line up, bringing a low-fi edge to an already versatile program. Elsewhere, Overmono provides revelers a demonstration in showstopping live electronica. Jennifer Cardini also joins the line up adding big room house sounds to the billing before Peach takes to the booth to showcase a set of deeply underground techno.
Returning to play under the AVA banner after an iconic Boiler Room set at AVA 2019, Cromby is all set to provide more of the same for the London event, joining Sally C, Swoose, and Carlton Doom.
Rounding off a line up of truly epic stature, Timmy Stewart and multi-genre Irish selector Dart also return to AVA for what is set to be one of London’s showcase club shows in 2020.
