Launched late in 2019 Werkhaus was only able to provide a limited run of events before the doors were forced shut by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now back up and running all cylinders from the 11th September, the clubs booked stonkers include Brame & Hamo, Sally C, Cromby, Holly Lester, Kwartz, Theo Komp, Plastician, Klose One, Jay Carder, Qendresa, Tech Support, Conducta, Tristan De Cunha, Huerta, Frazi.er, Ansome, Space Dimension Controller, P.E.A.R.L, Saffron Stone, and Effy.

Luca, General Manager of Werkhaus says “Having worked in nightlife for over 15 years it was a real challenge to see a space we’d worked so hard on have to close for 18 months. However, it gave us time to refine the venue and it’s now better than we originally imagined it. We’re absolutely thrilled to be open once more and delivering great events for like minded people!”

The gritty club consists of thick concrete walls and pillars, exposed brickwork, chipped tiling and dusty overhanging lights with a towering Funktion One sound system surrounding the DJ booth. The lighting has been designed from the ground up for Werkhaus and is state of the art.

With over 50 years of combined experience running events across the UK the team behind Werkhaus is relaunching an exclusive programme focusing on quality as opposed to quantity of events. The new space is aiming to bring back the feel of warehouse clubbing to London.
