The world’s most iconic nightclub and famous red cherries, Pacha today announces details of the Ibiza Grand Opening following a two-year closure, setting its sights firmly on its biggest summer season yet.

Pacha Ibiza Grand Opening will take place on Friday 29th April hosting Solomun all night long and marks a monumental return for Pacha as the pioneer of Ibiza’s dance and cultural movement, where the cherries and the island of freedom go hand in hand.

A constant innovator, Solomun has for many years dominated both Pacha’s DJ booth and Ibiza’s musical landscape by creating one of Pacha’s most successful and long-standing parties, Solomun + 1, and in turn demonstrated a major role in redefining European house music on the Island with a much-loved uplifting and often anthemic sound.

A go-to destination since the 1970s where heritage, music, and glamour combine, Pacha returns to capture an electric mix of authenticity, spontaneity, fun and kudos. The club’s incredible production, creative decor and theatrics today blends in harmony with its rich history and soul of the past, bringing people together from all over the world to enjoy the biggest DJs and most memorable nights.

Since the original boom of dance music in the mid 1980’s and transformation of the island into the ultimate clubbing destination it is known for today – Pacha’s brand has evolved immensely and embraced longevity with unrelenting passion. While the iconic red cherries can be seen around the world through hotels and restaurants, it is undoubtedly at its finest in its spiritual home of Ibiza. Now part of the global group, Pacha continues to build on its legacy with a carefully curated selection of nightlife, restaurants, and hotel brands across the beautiful Balearic Islands and beyond.

Together, Pacha and Solomun continue their incredible pairing, setting the 2022 standard and offering an extraordinary chance to see one of the world’s best DJs perform in an unforgettable setting.
