Surreal Park is a superclub that offers an immersive festival experience and it is back with a superb run of events in January and February including some special Carnival parties. The likes of Black Coffee, Gene on Earth, Indira Paganotto, Anthea and Amine Edge, Beltran, Prunk and more are all set to play and tickets are available now from LINK.
Surreal Park was launched in 2021 by D-EDGE owner Renato Ratier when he was dealing with the D-Edge club being closed in São Paulo for several months due to Covid-19. It is a multicultural complex that is already well-known and talked about all over Brazil and the world having had a fantastic first few years and in the final months of 2023 world renowned headliners Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati and Seth Troxler all played.
The standout feature of Surreal Park has always been its distinctive space. Located in a secluded area of Camboriú/SC, the land is surrounded by the greenery of nature and even has a lake with water lilies. Along with this, a surrealistic decoration and the unique proposal of each of the five dance floors make the experience unique.
Bells: An intense experience with strong sounds and an environment that mixes industrial and rustic elements, a kind of barn inspired by Peaky Blinders. Its interior resembles English and Irish pubs from the last century, with focal and warm lights. Techno here is one of the protagonists.
Nomad: A circus tent with gypsy caravans in constant motion, in search of better experiences and new paths. This is the energy of Nomad, with light, organic, mystical, and romanticised sounds.
Raw x Room: Conceived through the concepts of using recycled material: “garbage design,” and hence the name Raw, which refers to the raw. An unpretentious escape to relax and listen to good music, with a more intimate atmosphere and more conceptual sounds.
Church: A chapel where the mass is conducted by DJs, at the chapel’s entrance is the DJboth, an open-air dance floor blessed by the lush nature of Surreal Park.
Mainstage: With a capacity for eight thousand people, the Ritual stage aims to combine organic and ethnic elements, connected to nature through sustainable elements such as bamboo and wood. The project bears the signature of Muti Randolph, a renowned visual artist who designed D-Edge São Paulo, in addition to Rodrigo Pitta, Artistic Director of TV Globo, and Surya Design, a sustainable architecture company that has carried out various projects worldwide, including Boom Festival.
Now, the return of this forward thinking experience kicks off on Jan 13th it welcomes Picnic Electronic and Axel Boman, then its Nomad on the 19th with Lucian aka Fractal and Gene on Earth, and more top guests play throughout February including Indira Paganotto, Anthea and Amine Edge, Beltran, Prunk and more.
Alongside this, D-EDGE will also host its famous parties during Carnival starting on Feb 10th with Romanian minimal man Priku, then on the 11th, Spanish techno star Indira Paganotto, French talent Aretha, Dutch house tastemaker Prunk, UK prog legend Sasha and underground tech house stalwart East End Dubs all play.
Surreal is a blend of artistic experiences that go beyond music, transporting us to the realm of dreams as a source for the creation of experiences. The first two months of 2024 are already shaping up to be unmissable at D-EDGE, so head to LINK to secure your place on the dance floor.
