Forward-thinking promoters Free From Sleep have been an intrinsic part of the UK’s electronic music landscape for half a decade. Since its inception at The Cause in 2019 by Cross The Tracks and Horizons Festival co-founder Jack Robinson, former Cable Nightclub head of programming Alex Donald and Pack London co-founder Jules Le Meilleur, Free From Sleep has built a solid reputation for curating some of the best dance music events in the county.

They battled through Covid, which hit in just their second year, and have produced innovative shows with a who’s who list of influential labels and collectives such as Anjunadeep, Colorize, Lost & Found and Purified. As well as promoting much loved festivals City Splash and Cross The Tracks, the FFS team also co-manage bass-heavy brand Undivide which has hosted countless unforgettable events across the world of D&B with Critical Sound, Hospitality, 1985 and Shogun Audio amongst others.

“We’ve always programmed a broad spectrum of electronic music and its many strands. We’re passionate about bringing shows to the community that add something new or fill voids. This might be inviting heritage acts for special anniversary events, bringing brands together for previously unseen collabs, championing breakthrough talent or debuting new show formats for established artists. That’s been the key to our success so far and our 5 Years Season is our most special to date.” Alex Donald – Programmer, Free From Sleep

This upcoming season will raise the bar once more with high-quality events that boast the best light, sound and dance floor experiences at the most celebrated venues on the scene.
