This ADE, DGTL will transform one of its seven events into a dedicated fundraiser, using the reach of the brand to support people affected by ongoing conflicts in different crisis regions across the world. The full overview of active regions can be found here.

ADE is a moment when the electronic music community gathers in one city, creating
a unique opportunity to channel this energy into something larger than the
dancefloor. DGTL sees this momentum as an opportunity to use its platform and
collective energy for good, turning a night of music into tangible support for those
in urgent need.

For years, DGTL has been committed to creating socially safe and inclusive dance
floors, where everyone can feel welcome and free. Building on this core value, the
team is driven by intrinsic motivation to use our platform for social impact. This
fundraiser reflects DGTL’s ongoing dedication to harness culture as a force for
positive change and to actively support humanitarian causes.

For this special fundraiser, we have invited a carefully selected lineup of artists who
share this commitment to stand in solidarity and make a tangible difference.

Cincity brings her vibrant blend of Afro-house and soulful rhythms, while Cinthie and
Tom Trago team up for a deep dive into house at its finest. BELLA & Moody Mehran
add their eclectic touch in a special b2b, with Bambounou delivering his percussive,
futuristic edge and Surusinghe bringing bass-driven cuts that carry serious weight.

The fundraiser will take place on Friday, October 24 in the NDSM Warehouse. By
lowering the ticket price to €20, with €10 from each ticket going directly to CARE,
the event remains accessible while maximising the potential to raise funds. All guest
list donations of all seven shows will also be directed to the same cause.

DGTL and CARE are united by a shared belief in the power of community to drive
change. CARE is a humanitarian organization with a strong track record of
supporting people in crisis while working toward long-term, sustainable solutions.
Both organizations are guided by the conviction that inclusivity, equality,
sustainability, and resilience are not just ideals but essential foundations for a better
future.

With this initiative, DGTL continues its mission to turn the dance floor into a space
that resonates far beyond music, connecting community and culture to meaningful
action.

  1. Why is DGTL organising a fundraiser during ADE?
This initiative stems from intrinsic motivation of the DGTL team; we believe in using
our platform for positive impact. With crises affecting millions across the world,
we’re dedicating one of our ADE nights to raising funds for humanitarian aid. It’s
part of our social responsibility pillar and reflects our commitment to being a
    conscious, socially involved festival.
  2. What’s the ticket price and how is it split?
Tickets are €20. €10 goes directly to our partner CARE. The remaining half of the
ticket price helps cover a small portion of the production costs (all other expenses
    are covered by us).
  3. Does any money flow to KKR as a result of this fundraiser?
No, this is a non-profit initiative and no money flows to KKR.
  4. What is Superstruct Entertainment’s position on this matter?
Superstruct Entertainment has stated that its festivals operate autonomously and
maintain full control over their own communications.
  5. Are you distancing yourself from KKR with this?
No, this is an independent decision to organize the event, and we would have done
so regardless of the ownership structure.
  6. Why are you making this cost split clear?
There’s been concern about ownership structures in the music and festival industry.
We want to be transparent: all revenue from our events stays within our business
and is reinvested into organising and developing our festivals.
  7. What’s DGTL’s relationship with KKR?
DGTL is part of Superstruct Entertainment, which operates independently. KKR is an
investor in Superstruct but is not involved in daily operations, programming, or
policy decisions. Our creative and ethical autonomy is fully maintained.
  8. Will the fundraiser be a typical DGTL experience?
Yes, the night will feature a carefully curated lineup of artists who align with the
cause. Expect the same high production values and atmosphere you know from
    DGTL.
  9. Who will benefit from the donations?
Donations support the work of CARE, an international humanitarian organization that
partners with local communities to create lasting change in vulnerable regions.
CARE strengthens resilience by putting women and girls at the center, as they are
often most affected by crises. Together with local organizations, CARE helps people
build sustainable livelihoods, improve access to healthcare and education, and
adapt to the impacts of climate change. Your contribution directly supports strong,
resilient communities taking charge of their own future.
  10. Is this the only initiative DGTL is organizing to support people in crisis?
No, this is not intended to be a one-off initiative. With this benefit night, we want to
set a precedent and explore how we can continue to use our platform to support
people in crisis. Following this fundraiser, we will evaluate how to integrate this
important cause into our future festivals, including next year’s edition, to ensure that
our commitment goes beyond a single event.
