Fresh from another huge homecoming celebration in Dundee, boundary-pushing DJ, producer and label head Hannah Laing has announced sign ups for the 2027 doof In The Park following a triumphant second edition at Camperdown Park on Saturday 4 July.
The expanded site featured four stages for the first time creating more space and experiences alongside the introduction of the new doof Hub, offering festivalgoers a dedicated space to meet, recharge and connect.
Curated and headlined by Hannah herself, the sold-out event brought together some of the biggest names in trance, techno and hard dance. The doof FOR LIFE stage saw standout performances from Paul van Dyk, Eddie Halliwell, Lilly Palmer, Maddix, Hannah Boleyn and MDDLTN before Hannah closed the festival with a euphoric headline set. Across UP THE doof, HIGHLANDER and the festival’s new fourth stage KEEP IT F****** MOVIN, fans were treated to a full day of cutting-edge electronic music from established favourites and emerging talent.

It was also incredibly important to us to introduce the Ellie Phone in memory of Ellie Scanlan, a lasting tribute that carries a really meaningful message. Produced in partnership with EE Live, the team behind global electronic music events brand Terminal V, doof in the park continues to grow from Hannah’s vision of creating a large-scale celebration of the harder, euphoric sounds she loves. Drawing fans from across the UK and beyond, the festival has become a flagship event for Scotland’s thriving dance music scene while remaining rooted in Dundee, the city where Hannah’s journey began.
The festival also shone a spotlight on the impact of doof studios, the community DJ space co-founded by Hannah Laing, Turn The Tables and Street Soccer Scotland. One of the standout moments came on the Highlander Stage, where Ukrainian military veteran Andrew Kosolapov, known as Perekos, performed alongside Dundee-based Ukrainian refugee Oleksandra Korol. Brought together through Turn The Tables and Ukraine’s EnterDJ programme, their appearance highlighted the power of music to create opportunities and bring people together.
From unforgettable sets and emotional hometown moments to exciting new additions across the site, doof in the park 2026 proved that the festival’s second edition is only the beginning.
